![]() I love playing fast and just rolling along with Tony Rice or Billy Strings, but with our instrument especially, it is so important to slow these guys down and really focus on what you're doing. It's used by the pros when transcribing or working on tricky parts, and you should be using it too. ![]() I'm sure there are other programs that can do this (you can do some tempo changes on Youtube, but it's not great if you're trying to increment up a few ticks at a time), but ASD is really the go-to app for this. For anyone that hasn't heard of it, it's a program that you can use to slow down songs (it connects to spotify fine) while keeping their key (or you can change the key if you want as well - good for songs in G#!). ![]()
